The Art Academy Portsmouth Guidelines

Please be aware of our health and safety guidelines and rules and regulations so that you can enjoy your experience at our studio.

All children under 8 years old need adult supervision during their workshop unless it is a booked class. All students/carers need to fill out a membership form which holds personal details and emergency contact details.

All tuition fees are payable in advance of the classes and if you book and pay for 4 weeks at a time, your place is not secure until you have paid your 4 week tuition fees. Any missed classes cannot be refunded, if you are unable to make a class please contact us via text before the class to let us know about your absence. Holidays can be booked in plenty of notice.

Workshops are sessions which are held as and when the academy decide to run them, usually during the holidays or on Sundays. You will need to book and pay for these to secure your place. If the workshop is cancelled for whatever reason, you will be notified and given a full refund.

We do try to offer as many different types of art sessions as possible and some are more popular than others, however, we only take a limited number of students in a class where we are teaching, you may find some classes are full and in these cases we offer a waiting list service which you can be notified as soon as a space becomes available.

“Drop in” sessions are open to everyone, I do not and will not hold spaces as we operate on a first come first served basis!

 Thank you.
